Racconti e Scoperte

The Magic of Nature

One sunny morning, Lily and her little brother Tom went to the park with their Grandpa. As they walked, Grandpa smiled and said, “Do you know that everything around us is connected?”

Tom looked around. “What do you mean, Grandpa?”

Grandpa pointed to the sky. “Look at the air. We breathe it to stay alive, and so do the animals and plants!”

Lily took a deep breath. “Wow! So air helps us all!”

Grandpa nodded. “And water is just as important. It gives us something to drink, helps plants grow, and provides a home for fish and frogs!”

Tom ran to a small pond and saw ducks swimming. “Water is amazing!”

Next, Grandpa bent down and picked up a handful of soil. “Soil helps plants grow. Without it, trees, flowers, and food plants wouldn’t grow!”

Lily looked at the green grass and trees. “And plants give us food, shade, and air to breathe!”

Grandpa smiled. “Yes! And animals? They help nature too! Birds spread seeds, bees help flowers grow, and animals keep the forest healthy.”

Tom laughed as he saw a squirrel running up a tree. “Everything works together!”

Grandpa nodded. “Yes! That’s why we must take care of our air, water, soil, plants, and animals. They make the world a happy and healthy place!”

Lily and Tom promised to always respect nature. As they walked home, they felt grateful for the wonderful world around them.

The End.

The Light Inside is an inspiring children’s book that follows Finn, a thoughtful and sensitive young boy, as he embarks on an emotional journey to discover his inner strength. Feeling overwhelmed by sadness and whispers of self-doubt, Finn finds himself wrapped in a blanket by the window, longing for the storm inside him to clear. Just when the shadows seem heaviest, a small, golden light appears in his chest—soft, steady, and warm.

The light speaks gently, offering comfort and a guiding path. Encouraged, Finn follows the glow into an enchanted forest tangled with vines of worry and towering trees of uncertainty. The path leads to a glowing bridge over a misty ravine—a test of courage. Though hesitant at first, Finn remembers the light’s affirming words: “You are enough.” With newfound bravery, he takes a bold step forward.

At the journey’s climax, Finn enters a clearing and faces a towering shadow of his greatest fears. The shadow looms with frightening whispers, but Finn places his hand over the glow in his chest and whispers back, “I am brave.” Radiant golden rays burst from his heart, dissolving the shadow into glowing wisps that drift away. The forest brightens, and Finn feels lighter.

Finn returns home, the golden light steady within him. Later, he notices a friend who looks sad and small. Remembering his journey, Finn shares a piece of his light, telling his friend, “You’re not alone.” The friend smiles, and the world around them feels brighter.

With its heartwarming narrative and stunning animated-style illustrations, The Light Inside is a gentle reminder that resilience grows when we embrace our fears and share our strength with others. The story empowers readers to recognize their own light and shows that hope, when shared, becomes even brighter.

Illustration of a warm, dark-complexioned elderly woman with a deep, rich brown skin tone and glasses, standing in the kitchen, looking confused as she pours orange juice into a bowl of cereal. The two black cats are nearby: the large, lazy black male cat is lounging on the counter, watching with sleepy curiosity, while the small, frisky black female cat is on the floor, tilting her head as if puzzled. The kitchen is cozy, with wooden cabinets, a table with a teapot, and a window letting in soft morning light. Grandma's appearance matches the previous illustration for consistency.

This children's book, "Timmy and the Trickster Ads," is about a boy named Timmy who learns an important lesson about misleading advertising.

At first, Timmy believes a cereal commercial that claims it will make him run super fast. But when he eats it and sees no difference, he realizes he was tricked! His friend Maya teaches him about false advertising, explaining how companies sometimes make big promises they don’t actually keep.

Throughout the story, Timmy and Maya discover different types of deceptive ads, including:

Greenwashing (when companies pretend to be eco-friendly just to sell more products).
False promises in weight-loss ads (ads that make products sound more effective than they really are).
Exaggerated claims (like ads that promise unrealistic results, such as getting stronger from a milkshake).
By the end of the book, Timmy learns to question ads, check facts, and think critically before believing everything he sees. The story teaches kids an early lesson about media awareness and smart consumer choices in a fun and engaging way! 😊

One day, Morah explains the importance of finding a quiet and safe hideaway when danger is near, such as from a swooping owl or a curious fox. She teaches them a special signal, "Quick and quiet as a mouse," which prompts them to move silently and quickly to their secret hideout. The mice eagerly practice this skill, feel proud of their teamwork and ability to stay safe, and are lovingly praised by Morah for their bravery and smartness.

The Secret Hideaway

Once upon a time, in a small village nestled between two great mountains, there lived a young boy named Timmy. Timmy loved to paint and draw, and his room was filled with all sorts of colorful pictures. One day, while exploring his attic, Timmy stumbled upon an old, mysterious-looking paintbrush hidden away in a dusty trunk.
As soon as he picked up the paintbrush, it began to glow softly. A tiny fairy appeared before him, no bigger than a thumb. She introduced herself as Lily, the guardian of the magical paintbrush.
"This paintbrush," Lily explained, "has the power to bring anything you paint to life. But remember, with great power comes great responsibility."
Timmy was thrilled and couldn't wait to try out his new magical tool. He set up his easel in the garden and began to paint a beautiful butterfly. As he finished the last stroke, the butterfly fluttered off the canvas and into the air. It was so real that it even landed on a nearby flower to sip nectar.
Encouraged by his success, Timmy decided to paint a whole garden full of colorful flowers and buzzing bees. With each stroke of the magical paintbrush, his garden came alive. The flowers bloomed, and the bees buzzed happily around them.
But then, Timmy had an idea. He wanted to paint something truly special—a magnificent dragon to protect the village from any harm. He worked tirelessly, adding scales, wings, and a fiery breath. As he finished the final details, the dragon roared to life and stood proudly before him.
The villagers were amazed and a bit frightened by the sudden appearance of a dragon. But Timmy explained that the dragon was there to protect them. The dragon, whose name was Ember, quickly became a beloved guardian of the village.
However, not everyone was happy about the new additions to the village. A grumpy old wizard, who lived on the other side of the mountain

The Magical Paintbrush Adventure

Ellie the Elephant was small, but she dreamed of being big and strong like the tall trees in the jungle. One day, she tried to move a big rock, thinking it would make her strong like the big elephants. But the rock wouldn’t budge, and Ellie felt sad.

Max the Monkey saw her and said, “You don’t need to be like the big elephants. Everyone has something special!” Max pointed to Gigi the Giraffe and Zane the Zebra, showing Ellie that each friend had their own strength.

Ellie thought for a moment, then tried pushing the rock with her trunk. This time, she moved it just enough to walk around it. “Look! I did it!” she cheered. Her friends clapped and cheered, and Ellie realized she didn’t need to be big like the others. She was strong in her own way.

Ellie played with her friends, swinging from vines, racing, and helping Gigi get leaves. She felt proud of herself for being just who she was.

In the end, Ellie learned that being herself was the best thing of all. She was perfect just the way she was.

Lesson: It’s okay to be different; everyone is special in their own way!

1. The Birth of a Tail (Start)

Start with a short, meaningless tail at first.

The tail symbolizes "anxiety in me," setting it to begin with a little childhood fear or anxious feelings.

The short tail gradually turns into something that bothers me.

Example: "At first the tail was small and cute. No one cared, and I thought so. But over time the tail turned long, heavy and sharp, eating the fear and anxiety inside me."

2. the growth of anxiety (in the middle)

As the tail eats through my experiences and trauma(eg not being able to meet my parents expectations or my parents fighting and almost devours, mom gaslighting me), it gets longer more complicated.
Tails cover me or follow me and bully me.
There are disturbing figures sprouting from the tail, or the tail tying me up.
Example: "The tail remembered all the hurt and trauma I went through. The bullying at school, the fear of failure, and the moments when I couldn't accept myself. All these memories made the tail heavy and long."
3. a confrontation with the tail (the climax)

The moment I realize that the tail is part of me.
I want to take the tail off, but it's already completely stuck as part of my body.
The more I try to get rid of the tail, the stronger it reacts and harasses me.
Example: "I tried to pull the tail off. But it was my flesh and bone. I couldn't pull it off, but rather the tail tightened me even more. The more I fought to get rid of the tail, the more and more I was tied to it.
Endless Anxiety: A tragic ending with a tail growing endlessly and completely covering me.

Example: "I eventually decided to talk to the tail face to face. 'You are a part of me. But I can control you.' At that moment the tail stopped little by little, and became lighter."

Or: "The tail grew endlessly. My memory, anxiety, pain couldn't stop the tail. And I ended up being swallowed by the tail."
