Once upon a time, Hayley was sitting in her classroom when her teacher came over with exciting news. “Hayley, you need to go to the hospital right away!” she said with a big smile. Hayley’s eyes widened. Why did she need to go to the hospital? Hayley jumped into the car and headed straight there. Her heart was thumping with excitement and curiosity. When she arrived, she saw her dad waiting at the door. He looked so happy! “Come on, Hayley,” he said, taking her hand. They walked down the long hallways with the sound of footsteps echoing all around them. Hayley felt so much excitement. Finally, they turned a corner and there she was, a tiny little baby tucked into a cosy little blanket. Dad said, “Hayley, meet your little sister, Lara.” Hayley’s heart filled with joy as she leaned in to see Lara for the first time. The baby had tiny fingers and soft, pink cheeks. “She’s so little,” Hayley whispered, touching Lara’s hand. The baby’s fingers curled around hers. At that moment, Hayley knew that Lara would be the the best little sister in the world and that they would have so many adventures and memories together !

Они исследовали старый заброшенный сарай, где нашли старинную карту, на которой было отмечено место, где, по слухам, спрятан клад. Ребята решили отправиться на поиски сокровищ. По пути они преодолевали множество препятствий: переходили через бурную речку на самодельном плоту, пробирались через густой лес, где встретили ёжика, который стал их проводником, и даже разгадали загадку старого дуба, чтобы найти ключ к тайнику. Но самым удивительным оказалось то, что клад, который они нашли, был не золотом или драгоценностями, а старыми письмами и фотографиями, рассказывающими историю деревни Простоквашино. Федор и его друзья узнали, что их деревня когда-то была центром ярмарок и праздников, а жители славились своим гостеприимством и умением веселиться. Ребята решили возродить традиции и устроить большой праздник для всей деревни. В конце каникул Федор понял, что настоящие сокровища — это не золото, а дружба, приключения и воспоминания, которые останутся с ним на всю жизнь. А деревня Простоквашино навсегда стала для него местом, где сбываются мечты.

Please develop a 12 page coloring book aimed at African American 6-10 year olds, and use the introductions of themselves in a way that describes what makes each member different from the rest, but what they must all ban together as SickleSense Power Heroes to hep spread the word about the different types of Sickle Cell disease and why it matters.
