a dog found on a Cincinnati city street was spotted by a Nurse, Matt on his way to work. With nowhere to take the dog at 5 AM he took to work. The dog went home with a night shift nurse Alex who has 8 dogs including 5 corgi puppies on his farm for the day. Big city dog spends a day on the farm. From the second carrot her 3 wishes are to eat lots of candy, to have a big party with her friends and to be a fireman. They all come true.
