After a few days she tried the elf shoes on again and this time, to Cheryl's surprise, they were perfect. Eli’s brothers and grandfather realize that Eli’s faith and courage saved them all. They apologize for leaving him out and promise to include him from now on. In the end, Eli is celebrated as a hero, proving that bravery comes from the heart, not size.
