Since her father’s death a year ago, it was her mother who attended all her school events. Mayuka and her mom went to her classroom, buzzing with her dance pals. ‘Where’s my skirt?’ ‘Miss, my hairclips are missing.’ Ka-chik, ka-chik, selfies everywhere. Mayuka got ready quickly.
