We can’t prepare for jobs that don’t exist yet, but we can cultivate skills that allow us to adapt—creativity, collaboration, and leadership. The key is to reflect on your vocation and values: Does your work bring you alive? Are you creating value for others? By answering these questions, you can craft a career that aligns with who you are and leaves a meaningful impact.
