Even though he understands the instructions of the teacher, he fails to pay attention to details and makes careless mistakes; has difficulty staying focused during conversations and doesn't seem to listen when spoken to. it looks like his mind is elsewhere and don't follow instructions and forgets to finish his work. he has difficulty staying organized.
