Birds tweeted, and a babbling brook helped her soul. Walking in this forest, the rustle of leaves and the scent of rain filled her senses. This nightly "camping" became Ece’s favorite ritual. Her mind calmed, and she drifted off to sleep within minutes. Mornings brought her new focus, and soon, she not only managed her exam stress but also found herself more attentive in class.
