Earl peered through windows, looking for cheer, Hoping a friend would one day appear. One bright day, after hopping for miles, He found a girl named Macy with the brightest of smiles. Macy saw Earl and giggled with glee— A friend she’d wanted as much as could be! At first, Earl dashed and hid from sight, But soon returned to her window each night. Day by day, Earl would scurry and squeal, Macy would chatter, their friendship was real. One sunny day, with a grin so wide, She named him "Earl!" and he squeaked with pride. "Mom, Earl the Squirrel is here at last!" Each morning they'd laugh as the hours passed. Earl loved Macy, her stories, her song— They’d talk and play all the day long. Then one night, Macy heard the news: They’d soon be moving, and felt the blues. She worried for Earl, her special friend, And feared their visits would come to an end. Day after day, they shared one last giggle, Macy would laugh, and Earl’s tail would wiggle. Then one day, he didn’t appear, And Macy missed him, her heart filled with fear. On moving day, she waited and sighed, Hoping to see Earl just one more time. Then, at the window, to her surprise, There was Earl with bright, sparkling eyes! But this time, Earl wasn’t alone— A baby squirrel had joined her, full-grown! Macy gasped with joy, her worry now done, For Earl had found a friend—a little one. 1. John Jr read Genesis 2:8-9 which says "Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. The LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." 2. John Jr wanted to explore the tree of Life and tree of knowledge a bit deeper for better understanding. He learned that God wants wants you to grow into a strong tree, nourished by the light of His word. God promised those who follow and trust his way will flourish and prosper. 2. Jesus is the water of life that will nourish and gives us light for all us to grow into a strong person. John Jr decided to delight in the ways of God and to not let Satan decieve him. John Jr started to read more about being a good follower of Jesus. John Jr wanted to bear good fruit and started practicing love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, and faith in his everyday life. John learned wisdom was tree of life and the righteous was its fruit. 3. John Jr learned that the tree of knowledge of bad and evil tries to divide human action into Right or Wrong, Good or Evil and Lawful or Unlawful with privileges and punishments for each case. John Jr learned that the tree of knowledge is where sin came from. John Jr decided that he was going to obey God's ways better. He decided to not tell lies anymore and to be kind to his neighbor by not picking their flowers and just try to be more righteous. 4. So God wants us to plant vegetables in our garden that will draw us closer to him. John Jr started planting peas, lettuce, squash, turnips and thyme.

Giant Matt spent days and nights tinkering about to create his tiny palm bikes. Alas, one day after countless hours of tinkering, Giant Matt finally had the best of the best tiny toy bicycle! He was so proud of his creation! So proud, in fact, that he couldn't just let it sit in his giant palm and look pretty. "This tiny bike must serve a better purpose" thought Matt allowed to his shop kitty. Then, as if a sign from the universe, a small human creature passed in front of his shop. "What is this tiny creature?!" Exclaimed Matt. Matt quickly ran after the small creature. Once Giant Matt reached the creature, he realized that he was wrong--this wasn't a tiny creature, it was a real boy! "A real boy who can enjoy a tiny bicylce his size?" Thought Matt. He opened his palm and handed the small boy the ticketed bicycle. To Gaint Matt's joy, the bicycle was the right size for this real human boy!

A man comes home from a long day of work to find his wife and dogs aren't there. Then he sees that his wife has packed up their travel trailer for a trip with their three dogs. They drive into the night and arrive at a campground after dark, where they cook over a fire and go inside the camper to sleep. They lead into the thicket or to a hidden spot. Kira bends down, carefully examining the prints, while the dragon hatchling might be hiding nearby. Dragon in the Christmas Sky The little dragon, flapping its wings uncertainly, rises into the sky among the falling snowflakes. Its white or silvery body shimmers in the glow of holiday lights. Kira stands on a snowy street, looking up with a warm smile. A Walk in the Park An autumn park, golden leaves covering the ground. Kira walks along a narrow path while the dragon hatchling plays, jumping among the falling leaves. It happily hops around, wagging its little tail. The White Dragon The dragon hatchling is pure white, with fluffy little wings and adorable ears. It sits in the snow, trying to catch snowflakes with its tiny paws. Its eyes sparkle with delight. Dragon in the Fog The morning mist envelops the forest. A small dragon hatchling walks forward cautiously, curiously exploring the world around it. Its silhouette almost merges with the fog, while somewhere behind, Kira follows to make sure it doesn’t get lost.
