"وهل يمكنك إعطائي واحدًا ورديًا للسقف؟" سأل. أومأت آية برأسها وشاركت مكعباتها الوردية. ضحكت إيانا الصغيرة وصفقت بينما كان أخوها وأختها يعملان معًا لصنع القلعة. كانوا يضحكون ويشجعون بعضهم البعض، قائلين: "أنت تقوم بعمل رائع!" و" هيا لنجعلها أطول!" عندما انتهوا، كانت قلعتهم أجمل منظر. كانت تحتوي على أبراج وردية وجدران زرقاء، تتألق تحت أشعة الشمس. وقفوا معًا واعجبوا بعملهم. "لقد فعلناها معًا!" قالت آية بفخر. مع غروب الشمس، تذكروا أن رمضان أيضًا يتعلق بالحب والمشاركة. قال آدم، وهو ينظر إلى آية وإيانا: "نحن إخوة وأخوات، يجب أن نساعد بعضنا البعض دائمًا، تمامًا كما فعلنا مع قلعتنا." ابتسمت آية وعانقت أشقائها. Sammy the Squirrel, on the other hand, was timid and shy. Sammy! There’s a hidden meadow beyond the Tall Pines. I hear it’s filled with the juiciest berries. Let’s go!" Benny said, his eyes sparkling. 2. Sammy peeked out nervously. "The Tall Pines? That’s so far, Benny. What if we get lost? Or... what if something scary is out there?" Benny waved a paw dismissively. Sammy’s heart thudded. 4. suddenly, there came a rustling sound from the bushes. A pair of glowing eyes appeared, followed by a low growl. It was a fox! 5. Benny froze for a moment, his bravery flickering. "Run, Sammy!" he yelled. But Sammy, though trembling, remembered something his mother had taught him: "Foxes don’t like being outsmarted." 6. Taking a deep breath, Sammy darted up a nearby tree, grabbing a loose branch with his tiny paws. He shook it with all his might, causing acorns to rain down on the fox. "Go away!" Sammy squeaked as acorns pelted the fox. Startled and annoyed, the fox yelped and ran off into the shadows. 7. Benny stared up at Sammy in amazement. "Sammy! You were incredible!" Sammy climbed down, his tail puffed up with pride. "I... I just did what I had to do." 8. When they finally reached the hidden meadow, it was even more beautiful than Benny had described, filled with colorful flowers and sweet berries. As they shared the feast, Benny grinned.

The birds are singing!” her father said. Thazkie closed her eyes and listened carefully. “It sounds so peaceful,” she whispered. Her father nodded and explained, “Allah gave each creature a special way to praise Him. The birds sing, and the trees grow tall and strong. Each one is special in its own way.” As they reached the edge of the lake, Thazkie saw fish swimming in the clear water. They looked so happy and free! “Papa, why did Allah make so many different animals?” she asked. Her father replied, “Allah created every animal, plant, and human with a purpose. Each one is a sign of His love and creativity.” On their way home, Thazkie thought about all the amazing things she saw. She felt grateful for the beautiful world Allah had created. “I want to thank Allah for all these wonderful things,” she said. Her father smiled and held her hand. “That’s right, Thazkie. We can thank Allah every day by appreciating His creations and taking care of them.” And from that day on, Thazkie remembered to look around her and say a little “thank you” to Allah whenever she saw something beautiful.

Haden Edwards received an empresario contract to settle 800 families near Nacogdoches. When he arrived with the families in the 1820s, he discovered people already lived there. They arrived long before Mexico gave him the grant. Edwards became very angry and tried to take over the town. The Mexican government did not support Edwards. Instead, they annulled his contract. Edwards stayed in the area and attempted to start a rebellion. On December 21, 1826, Edwards and his supporters claimed part of East Texas free and independent of Mexico. They named it the Republic of Fredonia. They even had support of the Cherokee in the area. However, most Anglo settlers in Texas did not support Haden’s rebellion. When a group of men from Austin’s colony joined with Mexican soldiers to march on Fredonia, Haden and his brother fled to the United States. The unrest caused Mexican leaders to rethink their immigration policies.
