Haden Edwards received an empresario contract to settle 800 families near Nacogdoches. When he arrived with the families in the 1820s, he discovered people already lived there. They arrived long before Mexico gave him the grant. Edwards became very angry and tried to take over the town. The Mexican government did not support Edwards. Instead, they annulled his contract. Edwards stayed in the area and attempted to start a rebellion. On December 21, 1826, Edwards and his supporters claimed part of East Texas free and independent of Mexico. They named it the Republic of Fredonia. They even had support of the Cherokee in the area. However, most Anglo settlers in Texas did not support Haden’s rebellion. When a group of men from Austin’s colony joined with Mexican soldiers to march on Fredonia, Haden and his brother fled to the United States. The unrest caused Mexican leaders to rethink their immigration policies.

The wall is 246 feet 9 inches long, and the total length of the wall is 493 feet 6 inches. The wall contains more than 58,000 names, l. The names begin and end at the center of the memorial The first name is located in the center of the memorial, at the top of the wall, under the date 1959. The wall is made of reflective black granite to allow the names to take precedence, and to make the visitor feel as though they are looking into the peaceful “other world” of the dead. The wall has two 200-foot-long sections that make up the wall, one section directed toward the Lincoln Memorial, and the other is toward the Washington Monument. Each section of the "V" shape has 70 separate panels. The names are listed in the order in which the men and women died or were declared missing.

Uma casa nessa casa tinha um gato e uma toca 2.Nessa toca tinha um rato, e nesse rato tinha uma fome intensa 3.Mas essa toca ficava em baixo de uma mesa e a toca ficava dentro da casa , e o problema era que nesta casa tinha o gato ne 4.E esse gato era apelidado de comilão porque esse gato era o gato mais comilão e gordo do bairro 5.E o rato ficava morrendo de medo de ser mastigado ,ingolido defecado por aquele enorme monstro gordo com orelhas pontudas. 6.Um dia humanos e gatos estavam jantando 7.O rato esperto ,com muito cuidado foi ate um pedaço e queijo da sobra do jantar por que tinha acabado o kit sobreviverncia do rato 8.Kit sobrevivência do rato era 4 trinagulos de queijo e um pote de leite q ele tinha roubado do gato 9.O kit acabou o rato ficou deseperado por isso que ele foi pegar aquele queijo por que um pedacinho de queijo já da para um ano interio por que o rato nem e tao grando assim 10.Quando o rato estava voltando para atoca o gato viu o rato entrando 11.O ratoabriu a porta da tocae sentiu um suor em suas costas ,quando foi olhar para tras viu o gato preparado para agarra lo 12.O rato correu entre os pes das mesas o gato o seguiu e bateu a cabeça no pe da mesa o rato deu uma OlE no gato entrou na toca e o gato não conseguiu entrar 13.Chegou a hora de dormir o rato ficou a noite enteira acordado e então achou que o gato estava dormindo ,so que o gato estava na porta da toca so esperando aquele pequeno animal sair de la para devora lo , o arto e o gato engoliu e o rato nunca mais precisou passar fome na vida do ceu nem da terra.
